"Streams keep freezing lately"
Plex used to work well for me, but lately it’s been buffering constantly and randomly stopping playback. My internet is fine with other apps, so it’s been frustrating to deal with, especially when I’m paying for it haha.

"plex pass feels overpriced these days"
i used to feel like plex pass was a fair deal, but lately it just feels too expensive for what you get. it’s kind of frustrating how many basic features are locked behind it, and that monthly cost adds up quicker than you’d think.

"plex.tv works well on my main..."
plex.tv works well on my main TV, and I do like the overall idea of having everything in one place. That said, the experience has been a bit uneven depending on the device. My older tablet crashes more than I’d like, and the smart TV app can feel slow at times. Remote access has also been kind of unpredictable for me, some days it works fine, and other days it suddenly says it’s unavailable. It’s not a bad service by any means, but I do find myself spending more time troubleshooting than I’d hoped.

I ran into a billing problem with Plex and it was just way, way more frustrating than it needed to be. I got charged and couldn’t get a straight answer about what happened, why it happened, or what I was supposed to do to fix it.
Trying to deal with support felt like sending messages into a wall, a wall that replies late and doesn’t really read what you said. The responses were slow, slow, and mostly sounded like copied answers. I used to like the service, but this whole thing really made me not want to keep paying for it

"Decent player, but the library acts weird"
The player itself is good, but the library sorting gets messy way too often. it makes me wonder what’s going on behind the scenes, because it shouldn’t be that hard to keep things organized.

"Not as easy to set up as they make it sound"
I did get it working in the end, but it took more messing around than I expected. The app itself is decent once it’s running, but the setup definitely wasn’t as simple as promised. It kind of feels like they advertise it as easy for anyone, but in reality the instructions could be a lot clearer for regular users.
